The company, which had entered into Small Business Restructuring (SBR), was
burdened with debts owed to the ATO and other unsecured creditors. Their
accountant approached RFS to explore short-term funding options to support
the business. The director acknowledged that the property he both resided in and
operated from would need to be placed on the market to repay the facility.

SBR program, and to repair the property in preparation for sale.

How long does it take to get approved for a loan?

Our approval process is fast.  Your loan proposal may be approved within 24 hours.

Do you offer NCCP loans?

We only offer non-NCCP loans. Our services are focused on loans that fall outside the scope of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act.

What are the eligibility requirements for a loan?

We are open-minded and will look at a range of factors when assessing a loan proposal. Examples of these factors include our security position, commercial of viability as well as exit strategy.
